Obituary for Carol Martin (Nedimyer)
Carol (Nedimyer) Martin, 54, wife of Christopher Martin, of East Greenville, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Quakertown.
Born in Altoona, she was a daughter to Joseph and Mary Ellen (Mason) Nedimyer of Holidaysburg, PA.
Carol worked in Account Receivable and Collections at Pecora Corporation in Harleysville.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 38 years and parents are four sons, Christopher R. Martin, Jr., husband of Briana of East Greenville; Jonathan Martin, husband of Lori of Red Hill; Robert Martin, husband of Ashley of Pottstown, and Kenneth “Ken” Martin of East Greenville; eight siblings, Raymond Nedimyer, husband of Jacqueline of Altoona; JoEllen Sage, wife of Ted of St. Augustine, FL; Linda McKernan, wife of Mike of Altoona; Susan McCrea, wife of Sam of Restin, VA; Gloria Reffner, wife of Wade of Bedford; Christine Middleton, wife of Brian of Altoonam Coleen Wolfe, wife of Paul of Holidaysburg and Rosemary Nedimyer of Erie; two grandsons, Ben and Caleb. Carol was predeceased by a daughter, Jennifer Martin and a sister, Crystal Lynn.
A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Friday, May 13, 2016 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041 with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating.
