Obituary for Alverda L. Trumbauer (Hagenbuch)
Alverda L. (Hagenbuch) Trumbauer, 74, wife of the late William D. Trumbauer, of Palm, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Lehigh Valley Health - Cedar Crest.
Born in Sellersville, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Lillian (Rothham) Hagenbuch.
Alverda was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Pennsburg and she loved to go camping at Boulder Woods.
Alverda worked as a painter for over 30 years at Knoll in East Greenville.
Surviving are her two children, William Trumbauer of Palm and Donna, wife of Joey Swartley of Quakertown; siblings, Donald Hagenbuch and wife, Linda of East Greenville; Barbara Metz of Allentown and Ruth Rothrock of Albrightsville; 9 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings, Earl, Leroy and Dennis Hagenbuch and Lorraine Barndt.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 10, 2015, at the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA., with Rev. Charles E. Romanowski officiating. There will be a viewing from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
