Evelyn M.  Paul (Sacks)
Evelyn Marie (Sacks) Paul, 99, widow of Frank Charles Paul, Sr., of Lewisburg, PA, formerly of Sellersville, died Wednesday, October 21, 2015 in Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village, Lewisburg, PA.

Born in Sanatoga, PA she was a daughter of the late J. Wright and Carrie (Young) Sacks.

She worked as an Executive Secretary and Bookkeeper at various companies for many years. During World War II she was proud to have worked as a Secretary at the Remington Arms Company in Philadelphia.

She was a member of Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are two sons, Frank C. Paul, Jr. and his wife, Dorothy, of Souderton, and Kenneth D. Paul, Sr. and his wife, MaryAnn of Turbotville; a sister, Nancy Sacks of Nunda, NY; 5 grandchildren, Kelly Landis, Tammy McCarthy Tara Detweiler, Kerry Asbury and Ken Paul, Jr.; 20 great grandchildren, Samantha Landis, Ashley (Landis) Stam, Brett Asbury, Conrad Detweiler, Collin Asbury, Taylor Landis, Autumn Detweiler, Tyler Asbury, Erika Landis, Caleb McCarthy, Landon Detweiler, Mary McCarthy, Kaylee Paul, Serena Detweiler, Sarah McCarthy, Abby Landis, Elyse Paul, Jonathan McCarthy, Mason Paul, and Haleigh Landis; and a great great grandson, Abel Christian Stamm. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Wright L. Sacks and three sisters, Kathryn Kibblehouse, Marian Horner and Carolyn Slonaker.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Silverdale Brethren In Christ Church, 165 W. Main Street, Silverdale, PA 18962 with the Rev. Wayne Krell officiating. Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the church prior to the funeral service.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene, 12 Market Street, Mifflinburg, PA 17844.
