Condolence: I am saddened by news of Evelyn's death. I [and my 8 siblings] knew her as my elementary school bus driver. She was no-nonsense when it concerned bus behavior but Mrs. Miller (then Yergey) had a kind heart. She knew that we had no other transportation and would wait for us if running late. In severe inclement weather, she'd often pull up to our farm lane to let us off. It saved over 1/8 mile walk. I appreciated her kindness and care. May God bless and comfort her family. May Evelyn rest in peace.
