The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Linda Bloomer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Most Dedicated Employee

I was Linda's FBI supervisor in Squad CI-7 at Washington Field Office from 1978-1980. She ran what at that time we called the "rotor" for our squad of about 25 Special Agents. The rotor was essentially a large, two level rotory file in which case file information was stored for ready access after being registered into the system (at that time all manual). Actually our squad had so many cases and files that Linda ran two rotors. She was the hardest worker I encountered in my 28 year career. She was exceedinly competent and conscientious and always pleasant and a breath of fresh air. She was a treasure. And she was a great cook, always showing up for work with baked goods...and always bringing home-baked lima beans to squad picnics and other events. I am sad to read of her passing and offer her family and close friends the sincerest of condolences.
